Refund policy
Exchange
You have five days from the day you receive the package to claim an exchange. To do so, send us an email at customerservices@tivigalleries.ca. In your email, specify the invoice number, the product you want to exchange, and the new item you want. Be aware that you’ll have to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us, but we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new product to you.
Broken Pieces
Tivi Galleries’ team meticulously wrap each package to ensure protection of items. For this reason, we cannot be responsible for the breakage or damage of products. If you have a question related to a broken item, send us an email at customerservices@tivigalleries.ca.
Unsatisfied Purchase
In the unlikely event you’re unhappy with your order, we can offer a store credit that totals the amount of your purchase. You’ll have to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us, but we’ll refund the original shipping cost along with the cost of the products. You have five days from the day you receive the package to claim an exchange or a refund at customerservices@tivigalleries.ca. All items must be in their original state (unwashed, unworn and, unaltered).
