Shipping policy

Tivi Galleries use the highest packaging standards to ensure your products will make it safely to destination. We expertly pack every order with a state-of-the-art expanding from bubble wrap and cardboard.

Within Canada and the US (Including Alaska, Nunavut, Yukon, and the North West Territories)

Tivi Galleries ship every weekday using mainly flat rate boxes from Canada Post. A $100.00 warranty and tracking are included in all packages. Our flat shipping rate is $23.00.

If your order contains only small products such as earrings, you will be charged $5.00 for a small parcel. 

From outside Canada and the US (Greenland, Europe, and beyond)

We’d be pleased to ship you our beautiful products. To do so, please send us an email to customerservices@tivigalleries.ca with all items you wish to buy as well as your shipping address. We’ll confirm the shipping fees according to your location and will process your payment by phone. Be aware that no exchange, return, or refund will be accepted from outside of Canada and the US.

Exporting Marine Mammals Outside of Canada

In respect of the CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora), Tivi Galleries don’t export art pieces made of marine mammals (narwhal, seal, polar bears, whale, walrus, etc.) outside of Canada. If you are a customer from outside of Canada and want to acquire such pieces, contact us at customerservices@tivigalleries.ca and we can discuss more about permits and other fine piece items available for shipping without restrictions.
